Function: How much water is left in a glass of water?

This is the case:
A cylindrical glass is filled with water to the point P. Find a funktion f(x) which describes how much water is left in the glass depending on how the angle changes between the glass and water.

This seems to me as a suitable task in the subject R2 in Norway (age 18-19) – demanding and understandable.

This is a good problem to solve with TI-nspire – using gliders.
